Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor Police Operating in the states of New York and New Jersey. The mission of the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor is to investigate, deter, combat, and remedy criminal activity and influence in the Port of New York and New Jersey. The Police Division operates out of three offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn within NYC, and Newark in NJ.
