Christiana Care Constables Christiana Care Constables provide public safety services for the Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. They are employees of Christiana Care Health System, but are commissioned as Constables by the State of Delaware, and hold the same duties and arrest powers as all police officers in the state. Christiana Care Health System is a private, non-profit heath care system that operates two hospitals : Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, and Christiana Hospital in Newark. |
