Montgomery County Texas Constable Precinct 5
In the state of Texas, each county is divided into precincts, with each precinct having its own constable office. Process serving and carrying out county and other court orders are the most common functions of a constable, however some constable offices are full law enforcement agencies, with patrol, traffic, and investigative units.
